The Institute of Media Monitoring has been serving its clients since 1999. At the beginning, IMM offered the monitoring of advertising expenses; however, only half-a-year later, it started to offer TV monitoring, which was quickly appreciated by our Clients. In mid 2000, IMM started to offer press monitoring. Next step in supplementing the service was the implementation of radio monitoring. At the end of 2002, IMM complemented its product portfolio with Internet monitoring. Since May 2003, media monitoring results have been available on-line via the Internet Platform.
Professional media monitoring carried out by IMM constituted basis for the development of more complex products. In spring 2001 our Clients were offered their first individual news services, media broadcast analyses and media coverage reports. Currently, thanks to IMM's marketing and public relations specialists, IMM prepares over a dozen reports a month. They are highly appreciated by our Clients who use them as excellent starting-points for writing and modifying their media communication strategies.
At the beginning of 2003 the Institute of Media Monitoring started to set up local branches in the biggest Polish cities, thanks to which IMM offers the monitoring of local, regional press on the day of publication.
