staff

There are currently over 180 people working for IMM. More then 100 of them stay in Warsaw-based headquarters, whereas remaining represent IMM in its local branches all over Poland.

Paweł Sanowski is IMM's President of the Board and IMM's Managing Director.
IMM is made up of 11 departments:

Sales Department
The Sales Department is responsible for winning new clients and staying in constant touch with the already existing IMM clients. The Sales Department is headed by Malgorzata Dylakowska (malgorzata.dylakowska@instytut.com.pl).

Press Monitoring Department
Members of the Press Monitoring Department deal with searching for publications in press. Their job also includes the technical aspect of press clippings reports. Monika Ezman heads the Press Monitoring Department (monika.ezman@instytut.com.pl).

Internet Monitoring Department
Members of Internet Monitoring Department deal with searching for publications in the Internet and praparing internet clippings reports. Bartosz Bernadyszes heads the Internet Monitoring Department (bartosz.bernadyszes@instytut.com.pl).

Radio and TV Monitoring Department
Members of the Radio and TV Monitoring Department search for radio and TV broadcasts concerning our Clients. The Radio and TV Monitoring Department is headed by Łukasz Nosarzewski (lukasz.nosarzewski@instytut.com.pl).

Mailing Department
The Mailing Department specialises in routine contacts with IMM clients including generating everyday media monitoring results and sending them to clients.
The Mailing Department is headed by Agata Andruszkiewicz (agata.andruszkiewicz@instytut.com.pl).

Controlling Department
This team specialises in controlling media monitoring processes. Members of the Controlling Department are responsible also for coordination of work in media monitoring departments. The Controlling Department is headed by Katarzyna Niezabitowska-Baj (katarzyna.niezabitowska-baj@instytut.com.pl).

Media Publication Analysis Department
Analysts working in the Media Publication Analysis Department major in qualitative evaluation of selected media publications. They are also in charge of writing media image reports as well as comparative reports. The Media Publication Analysis Department is headed by Magdalena Grabarczyk (magdalena.grabarczyk@instytut.com.pl).

Marketing and Public Relations Department
Members of the Marketing and Public Relations Department are in charge of communication with IMM's environment and internal public relations efforts.
Anna Sanowska heads the Marketing and Public Relations Department (anna.sanowska@instytut.com.pl).

Personnel Department
Members of the Personnel Department are responsible for keeping files on each IMM employee.
Dominika Wawrzon is head of the Personnel Department (dominika.wawrzon@instytut.com.pl).

IT Department
Members of the IT Department specialise in solving IT issues and are in charge of help desk duties. Konrad Marczak is head of the IT Department (konrad.marczak@instytut.com.pl). 

MediaContact Department
MadiaContact Departament is in charge of collecting and up-dating data for MediaContact database and creating personalized lists on request. Jarosław Wielgosz heads the MediaContact Department (jaroslaw.wielgosz@instytut.com.pl)
