IMM presents its latest tool - the Internet Platform, which makes it possible to get access to media monitoring results everyday starting from 5 a.m., available to our Clients thanks to their own separate logins and passwords.
Thanks to the Internet Platform our Clients may actively search for particular data in archive press and Internet releases, as well as TV and radio broadcasts, stored according to requested keywords (thanks to the use of logic sings "and" and "or"). Our Internet Platform is equipped with a tool that enables configuring one's own personal enquiry to browse through the archives. For example, in case of press clippings, search criteria may be the following: title, date, author, pagination, type of periodical (e.g.: business, IT, housing, or sports), or type of coverage (nationwide, regional or foreign). Each user of our platform may generate quantitative juxtapositions and charts, which are indispensable as far as public relations efforts evaluation process is concerned.
Results are available in an extremely clear table, which includes details concerning: name of newspaper/TV or radio station/Internet site, date, author, and subject (one-sentence summary). Additionally, after making other options available, the table may also contain details concerning: newspaper page/broadcast exact date, number of pages/length of broadcast, total sq. cm area coverage, and number of issue.
The Internet Platform also provides our Clients with other useful information, such as IMM contact people or instruction manual.
Selected media publications may also be recorded on a CD and sent to our Clients.
