The Internet monitoring service is based on a keyword. This is may be a company's name, product name, branch name or a word defining a given problem. IMM monitors over a thousand of portals, divided into three categories: web pages, blogs and message boards. The differentiation enables the Client to follow official press releases available online, as well as to monitor contents of discussion sites. Thus, the Client can better acquaint themselves with actual opinions of web surfers.
Additionally, in order to give the Client an optimum access to Internet resources, IMM offers the service of comprehensive monitoring of all websites or the monitoring of subject-based selection of pages containing information crucial to a given industry. The range of monitored websites within a given package can be expanded on the Client’s request at no extra charge. All the Client has to do is state the new website address, and it will be put on the list of pages monitored daily.
Internet monitoring results are submitted to the Client either on the day the media pieces come out, or on the day agreed. The result is in the form of a link to a web page containing the information. The Client can receive the monitoring results on a CD, via e-mail or as printouts.
IMM also monitors Internet Securities Businesswire, paid information agency, and the generally accessible website of Reuters agency (www.reuters.com). The Client is notified of all the latest news on the subject of their interest. They are informed of the data and time of publishing, the title and lead. Since the websites are paid, accessing the whole contents of the reports is possible only after subscribing to a given agency. The service of monitoring the agencies’ websites is free of charge.
The following options are available too:
