• Television monitoring service appears on the Polish market • Radio monitoring is launched • IMM specialists deliver first lectures to students of the Post-Graduate Public Relations Studies at University of Warsaw – Institute of Applied Social Sciences, Warsaw School of Economics and other colleges |

• The monitoring services are enhanced with full monitoring of the press and the Internet. IMM is Poland’s first organisation to provide a complex offer of monitoring all types of media • IMM opens local divisions across Poland • International partnership begins. • IMM again wins the “Forbes” Diamond 2010 Award • Monitoring of Central and Eastern Europe’s media is launched • IMM implements complex monitoring of social media websites, including Facebook, Twitter, Blip and Goldenline • IMM develops and implements the Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) measure for all types of media. • IMM’s website graphic design is refreshed • Takeover of mediaTrust Romania is completed
